Refund policy

Return Policy:
Please contact Customer Service (sales@essentialfirstaidaustralia.com.au) before returning any merchandise, with an explanation on what was missing/broken/wrong with your order.  Instructions will then be sent to you to return your items.  The cost of returning the items will be discussed with you.  Generally, if items are missing from any first aid kits or an item in your kit is found to be broken on arrival, replacements will be sent to you at no extra charge to you.  If you received an incorrect kit in its entirety, we will arrange to collect the first aid kit and replace it (at no extra charge to you).  If you wish to change your mind and change your first aid kit to a better suited option, then the cost of sending the First Aid kit you first received back to us will be at your cost as well as a new First Aid Kit that you wish to have.
